On the occasion of the May 4th Youth Day in 2022, the results of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth of Shenzhen" selection activity jointly sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and other units were officially announced. Li Hui, an alumnus of our school, was awarded the honorary title of Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Shenzhen among 604 candidates.

Li Hui, a senior engineer with bachelor degree from Central South University and master degree from Peking University, is the General Manager of BYD’s rail business. He followed BYD’s Chairman Wang Chuanfu to Shenzhen in 2004 and has been working at this company for more than 18 years.

At BYD, Li Hui has experienced multiple positions in various sectors, including administration, finance, production cost management, auto finance, sales, government projects, and rail transportation, he has grown with the company’s rapid development. He was engaged in the whole process of development and design, engineering construction, trial operation as well as operation of BYD’s small and medium capacity rail transit products, and made outstanding contributions.
